Upcoming Workshops

Saturday 10am-12:30pm: Knees & Toes, Knees & Toes
We rely so heavily on our hands and arms on the rope that we often forget how strong and expressive our lower halves can be! This workshop breaks down exercises for toe and knee grip, leg waving technique, and sequences where we can replace an arm with a leg to open up new possibilities!
Saturday 1:30-4pm: Redirection, Reinvention & Surprise
This workshop is all about breaking patterns on the rope – a chance to surprise yourself and rewire how you habitually move in the air. We work partly on specific knots, puzzles, and sequences on the rope, as well as guided tasks from base positions that challenge and develop your own creative vocabulary.
Sunday 10am-12:30pm: Sensual Rope
This workshop is an invitation to approach rope through sensuality, presence, and embodied expression. Together, we will explore the weight of softness, engaging our senses to bring more intention and intimacy into how we experience the rope. Through a series of guided prompts, you’ll learn how to infuse existing sequences or movement with texture and emotional tone – whether for performance, personal practice, or the simple pleasure of moving.
Additional opportunities:
Beach time in the afternoon, rope jam and optional studio photoshoot with Rose Calucchia @shotbyrose831 on Sunday October 11 and Monday October 12
Email us for additional info on photoshoot pricing and rope jam!
