General Questions
How does enrollment work?
Our program is set up on a Trimester based enrollment system. Our Youth/Teen Program requires commitment for the full trimester. while adult students have the option of shorter "mini sessions". Before the end of the current trimester, an RMF Staff member will contact current students about pre-registering in the upcoming trimester.
Are drop-ins allowed?
Drop-ins for adult level 2 and above classes will become available for any sessions that don't fill up. Online registration for drop-ins will be available to book online during the first week of the session, at the rate of $35 per 80 minute class. Drop-ins are not allowed for the youth/teen program, or Level 1 adult classes.
Can I join a session late?
If there is availability, we do allow late-registration and will pro-rate your tuition. Contact us and let us know which class you are interested in.
What should I wear/bring?
Please wear leggings that cover the backs of your knees and wear a leotard or shirt that can be tucked in. No clothing with zippers or jewelry such as long earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets. Please tie hair up and bring your own full water bottle. Student water service is currently on hold and is not available.
When do I have to pay the registration fee?
New students pay a $25 registration fee. Students who re-enroll for the next trimester will not have to pay the registration fee again. If you take a break and come back to classes, the fee will be applied again. Students who take a break from class might not continue in the same level they were at when they last took class. It is not uncommon for students to need to refresh skills and regain strength in a lower level when returning after taking a break.
If I'm a current student, how do I enroll for the next Trimester?
Current students will receive a pre-registration email before classes for the next trimester is open to the public. In order to keep your spot in class, pay the remaining tuition balance 5 days prior to the session start date. Your tuition balance can be found in your Vamp account user dashboard. If you or your child are ready for the next level, your instructor will communicate that to you. Any balances that are unpaid will be assumed to be students no longer continuing and the spot will be offered up to any waitlisted or new students.

If I miss a class, am i eligible to make it up in another class?
Students that notify the studio via email to radicalmovementfactory@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance of the missed class may be eligible for a makeup. Makeup classes must be of a students' skill level or below on their apparatus and are subject to space available in class. If a class doesn't have availability, or there is no other class for their age or skill level, no makeup will be given. Makeups must be used within one month of the missed class. Please notify the studio in writing via email if it is 24 hours minimum notice and you would like an Early Cancel Makeup. Makeups can also be used for open gym if a student is level 2b and above and cleared for open gym.
You can only use makeups if you are currently enrolled in a session and cannot use them to pay for your upcoming session.
There are no makeups for open gym and no makeups for scheduled makeups.
Can I join open gym/training?
Open gym (independent training) is available for current students in levels 2B/3 (int/advanced) and professionals. If you are a current student in an advanced beginner level class (2A), you may email emily@radicalmovementfactory.com to request approval for open gym. Open gym student participants are allowed to work on the apparatus they train on at RMF and only the skills appropriate for their level. COVID Questions
Are masks required?
As of 3/1/2022, masks are optional for youth and adult open trainings and classes. Distancing is encouraged. If any instructor feels the class has difficulty distancing during class (typically in kids classes), they may request all participants wear a mask during that part of class. Please bring a mask with you regardless.
What is the refund policy for Covid-related cancellations / withdrawals?
If a county mandate requires classes to be discontinued mid-session, then pro-rated tuition will be refunded. If a student withdraws voluntarily no refund or credit will be issued.
